Numbered clauses with exact start/end offsets into the source text.

Score

Risk comes from a YAML playbook you own: regex rules, severities, required clauses, band thresholds.

Cite

Every finding quotes the matched text and clause with offsets, so a reviewer can verify in seconds.

Sign-off

Reports stay DRAFT; final export raises an error until a named human approves.

Offline

Tests run with the mock LLM, no keys, no network. Synthetic sample contracts included.

Safe inputs

Injection scan on the document and PII redaction before any model prompt.
